The Macuco Safari tour offers a different way to admire the famous Iguassu River waterfalls. Travel by boat to within 5 metres of this spectacular force of nature.
The boat trip then travels onwards to the 3 waterfalls known as the 'Three Musketeers'. The remainder of the tour covers a 5km area of the park in an electric jeep together with a guide who will point out examples of the park's flora such as orchids, palm hearts, bromeliads and century old trees. You will also see some wild animals crossing your path.
We then invite you to walk with us through the forest on a wooden path which is suspended 50cm above the ground to a 20m high waterfall, however if you prefer you can remain in the jeep back to the Macuco boat pier.
A twin engine inflatable raft will be ready to take you up the river, over the rapids and the skipper of the raft will bring it as near as possible to the falls giving you a wonderful shower, free of charge!
