The Black Well is a shallow area of the river where the water suddenly appears black and looks like the bottom of a well.
The tour to the Black Well is 9km and takes in several modes of transport. The journey can be made on foot, by bike or by jeep.
Along the trail you will be able to admire the local flora and fauna. Climbing up the stairway of the 25m high Observatory Tower you will be able to see the difference species of bird and possibly an occasional yellow throated alligator.
From here the tour continues on a twin engine motor boat to Taquara Island, from where you can travel down the river in an inflatable Kayak or even swim in the shallow waters near the boat peer.
The journey continues by boat down river to Bananeira Island, from where you will arrive either on foot or by jeep as you prefer.
